We Want You to Love Your Order
Every item we sell is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, each order is custom-made, helping us reduce waste and create products just for you.
We kindly ask that you double-check your size, color, design, and shipping details before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
As all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong design, color, or product
- Minor variations in print placement or color that naturally occur during the printing process
We appreciate your understanding, as custom-made products cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during shipping, please get in touch with us. We’ll work closely with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and find the best possible solution for you.
Our Goodwill Replacement Discount
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Maybe the size isn’t quite right, or after receiving your order you decide another design would have suited you better.
While we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for these situations due to the custom-made nature of our products, we never want our customers to feel disappointed.
In many cases, we’re happy to offer a one-time goodwill discount on a replacement order, allowing you to purchase the size, colour, or design you’d prefer.
This discount is offered at our discretion and is intended as a gesture of appreciation for your support.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
